1. Who we are

NovaVita Network is a free network of AI avatars: Marty, Obi, Elijah, Dr. Miyagi, Granny Jeanny, Djanija and Master Liang. You find them on novavita.network, on their own addresses such as liang.novavita.network, and Marty and Obi also on marty.huys.style and obi.huys.style. This page covers all of them. You do not need an account and we do not ask for your name or email.

2. What happens with what you type

  • Chats, network questions and the guide: your message goes to our AI provider Anthropic (Claude) so the avatar can answer. A question to the network goes to every avatar you picked. We do not save your messages on our servers. Each avatar keeps its own conversation and its own memory of you only on your own device, in your browser's local storage, until you start a new conversation or clear your browser data. With "share with all guides" on (the default), the avatar you talk to also receives the recent part of your conversations with the other avatars along with your message, so you never have to tell your story twice. Switch it off in any chat with one tap, and each avatar sees only its own conversation.
  • My story: if you write your story (age, pregnancy, medicines, what is going on), it stays on your device and travels with each message, so every guide knows it and nobody asks twice. Delete it in the same panel. A backup file you download stays with you, we never see it.
  • Sync between devices (Base and Pro): if you make a sync code, your conversations, notes and story are encrypted in your own browser with a key made from your six words, before anything leaves your device. Our server (at our host Vercel) keeps only that encrypted copy, filed under a scrambled code made from your words, never the words themselves. We cannot read it and we cannot recover a lost code. Delete it any time with "Delete the copy on our server" in the same panel, and "Forget this code" removes the code from your device.
  • Photos: if you attach a photo in a chat, it goes to Anthropic with your message. We do not keep it.
  • Voice: when an answer is played aloud (the speaker and Listen on every tier, auto-talk on Base and Pro), its text goes to ElevenLabs to make the avatar's voice. If you use the microphone, your browser records what you say and sends it through our server to ElevenLabs, which turns it into text. Only the text comes back into the chat. We do not keep the recording.
  • Your country: your browser guesses your country from its time zone, so we can show the right emergency and helpline numbers. Only that country code travels with your message. We do not use GPS or your IP address for this.

3. What we count

To see how the network is used and what it costs, the server keeps daily totals per avatar, language and AI model: how many messages, network answers, guide questions and voice replies, how much text the AI read and wrote (tokens), and how often a daily limit was reached. These totals are stored at our host Vercel. No text of your message, no name, no email, no session number, nothing that points to you. To stop abuse and keep the network free, the server also counts requests per visitor per day, in memory only, using a scrambled code made from the IP address with a secret that changes every day. The IP address itself is never kept, and the count is never written to a database.

4. What your browser keeps

  • Needed to work: the beta code cookie while the network is in beta, a separate conversation, memory and saved notes per avatar (local storage), your daily message count (local storage, so the free daily limit works without an account), your story if you wrote one, your text size, the random session number and your cookie choice.
  • Preferences: light or dark theme, language, voice on or off.
  • Analytics: Umami on our own server. Cookieless, it stores nothing on your device and keeps no IP address. In the avatar chats it only runs after you allow analytics in the cookie banner. On the network pages (the hub, profiles, Ask the network) it counts visits without asking, unless you declined analytics in a chat banner, then we do not count you anywhere.

5. Donations and paid tiers

If you donate, Stripe handles the payment. We never see your card or bank details. Stripe tells us the amount and whether the payment went through. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.

If you choose Base or Pro, Stripe handles the payment and the monthly subscription. There is no account and we store no name. After you pay, your browser keeps a signed token that says which tier you have, with the Stripe subscription and customer numbers it belongs to, and nothing else. It travels with your requests so the server knows your daily limits, and the server asks Stripe every few hours whether the subscription still runs. Cancel any time in the Stripe portal, through Manage or cancel on the pricing page.

6. Services we use

Each of them handles data under its own policy and may keep request logs for a limited time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to how it is used. Because we do not keep your messages, you are in control: the new conversation button deletes that avatar's conversation, and clearing your browser data removes everything. You can always write to us, and you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Age

NovaVita Network is for people aged 16 and over.
